Allow me to introduce myself...

Mortgage Fraud actions, Bankruptcy Discharge litigation, Credit Reporting violations and other issues in assistance to consumers
emerging from a bankruptcy case. Run by the well-known O. Max Gardner in North Carolina, Attorney Tirelli attended the Boot
Camp with eight other consumer bankruptcy attorneys from around the country. Attorney Tirelli and her fellow trainees dissected 2000+ documents including internal
lender policies, SEC filings, learning the the bank lingo and "secret" codes and hidden risks found in the securitization
of home mortgages, auto loans and common consumer credit card debts. Attorney Tirelli left the training as a proud and
integral part of an elite national network of consumer bankruptcy attorneys armed with forms, letters, pleadings,
articles and slides that show Gardner's Bankruptcy Litigation Model, which is designed to generate more economic benefits
for the consumer and the attorney.
Attorney Tirelli
and the other recruits also learn from Gardner's forensic accounting system how to identify predatory lending by going
through real cases to understand codes, transaction histories and unlawful fees and charges. Before the trainees are finished,
legal assistants provide "real time" demonstrations showing how Gardner's system operates with "real life"
cases.
Gardner tells BusinessWeek in the article
"Bankruptcy Boot Camp":
"My goal is to train an army of attorneys
to take the fight right to the creditors and their Wall Street aiders and abettors. They wanted reform, and we're going to
give it to them."
Mr. Gardner's Bankruptcy Boot Camp has been featured in Business Week and was
recently the subject of a CNN segment on the show "Open Home" along with the director of the movie "Maxxed
Out".
It
is an honor and a privilege to serve in the elite army of consumer bankruptcy attorneys recruited and trained by O. Max
Gardner to handle the difficult matters which have caused incredible hardship to the average consumer in todays world.
Over
the years I have worn many hats both as an attorney in a variety of specialties and in corporate America as an entrepreneur
spearheading the growth of a large health and fitness giant. All the while, I knew someday I would leave
the corporate world to start a law firm specializing in Personal Bankruptcy.
WHY DO I CHOOSE TO PRACTICE CONSUMER BANKRUPTCY LAW?
This is an easy question to answer!
I find Personal Bankruptcy to be the most rewarding area to practice as it is the one area of law where the little
guy CAN come out ahead and can feel like a winner. I do not accept corporate clients and remain committed
to the people who need the most help. Hardworking people unable to make ends meet due to unforeseen consequences
of accepting lines of credit from predatory lenders, job loss in a struggling economy or overwhelming medical bills brought
on by the health care crisis. No matter what the reason, everyone is entitled to a "do-over"
and get a fresh start!
I am a regular author of articles
on the subject of Bankruptcy. Feel free to ask questions and inspire my next writing. My number one rule
is that my clients need to stop thinking like victims and start rethinking their vantage point. Get ready to take back your
life and get some breathing room! See my recent articles published on EHow.com where my screen name
is BankruptcyXpert.
When I
am not wiping out consumer debts, empowering the masses, I am a devoted mother of 2 truly remarkable teenagers.
My pride and joy as well as my inspiration to forge ahead and make a difference – one client at a time.
